Website Redesign — Exemplify

Exemplify BioPharma is a specialized pharmaceutical development partner supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies from preclinical development through to clinical manufacturing. I was responsible for redesigning Exemplify’s website, and making updates to its content.

Following the acquisition of Exemplify by Netherlands-based drug discovery and development company, Symeres, the immediate challenge faced by the business was its lack of brand alignment between the two entities, as well as its extended global network of pharmaceutical companies. During the initial project phases, I performed a comparative analysis of the websites of organizations providing similar capabilities in order to ensure a competitive advantage. Extensive coordination was required with Exemplify’s business development and technical staff in order to re-map the site and publish new content to better represent its service offerings and differentiators. I also provided on-site photography services for replacement headshots of select staff, as well as documenting the most up-to-date scientific equipment.

The final website design was delivered on-time and to the client’s satisfaction. Website traffic and search query results have increased substantially since the site became live.
