As lead graphic designer, I was tasked with a major refresh to our existing STOBG intro book. The document is a critical part of our company toolkit, which was created to support our Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership teams. As the firm underwent a rebrand including a new color palette and accent fonts, the document was designed with consistency between various channels in mind, including the firm’s website, social media presence, presentation decks, and quarterly publications.
The STOBG intro book is the firm’s go-to overview—a concise, visually engaging introduction to who we are, what we do, and the value we bring. It’s designed as a strategic “first touch” or follow up with new or existing clients, giving them a high-level look at our platform, service offerings, and subject matter experts. This piece helps plant the seed for deeper conversations, builds familiarity with our brand, and reinforces the strength of our platform.
The intended use of the intro book is to be used as a leave-behind or attachment when meeting with clients or making introductions. It’s a great way to say, “Here’s a bit more about us,” and to spark curiosity and open the door to future client engagement.
