STOBG ASCEND is a newly formed corporate leadership training program. During the initial stages of ASCEND’s branding toolkit, I was tasked with creating a standardized, multi-purpose PowerPoint deck for training presentations.

I navigated tight creative constraints—translating mountaintop-inspired visuals and brushed-metal textures into a cohesive design system, working within a limited greyscale palette, and utilizing Arial mandated by the company’s Microsoft Office guidelines (a widely-disliked, but necessary font)—all while ensuring a professional, polished look across multiple marketing materials.
